About us
Dorota
Dorota, Founder of Miri Design, has been designing homes for over a decade and is well-known in London and Hertfordshire.
A Qualified Feng Shui Consultant, Dorota is dedicated to promoting sustainability and improving home well-being by integrating principles of colour psychology and Feng Shui into her design work. Her interiors are always infused with vibrant inspiration, drawing from the worlds of art, culture and travel.
Julia
Julia, Miri Design’s project director, joined the practice in 2020 after working in Financial Management in the City for 15 years.
Born and bred in St Albans, she draws on her extensive network of local contacts in Hertfordshire. Her superpower is organisation, and there is no problem she hasn’t resolved.
Julia shares her well-appointed home with her husband and two kids.
Ting
Ting graduated with a first-class degree in Interior Design and Architecture from the University of Hertfordshire. Originally from Malaysia, she infuses her designs with a kawaii aesthetic, showcasing boundless creativity along the way.
As our resident tech expert, she employs her computer skills to transform client visions into reality, creating realistic renders of proposed designs.
Amelia
Amelia has joined us for her university placement year where she studies Interior Architecture and Design at Sheffield Hallam University. She has just passed her second year with a first and was awarded a commendation by Interior Educators for her final project for craft and making.
Amelia was born and raised in St Albans and has a love of nature and the outdoors.
